Please read before completing the application

• Our adoption fee is $300.00 for adult dogs and $350.00 for puppies up to 12 months old.

• All applications must be completed in full. 

• The process may take a few weeks to complete so we ask that you be patient while our volunteers are working on your application.

• We will be in touch with you by e-mail and/or telephone.

• Every prospective adopter must consent to a home visit by one of our volunteers.
